Anthony Ghitter, Chairman, CEO, Director
Mr. Ghitter is the visionary and motivator behind ROCOSA Building Elements Inc. For the last 10 years he has been a consultant to Terra Block, based in Orlando Florida. With Terra Block’s expertise in earth wall construction, Mr. Ghitter has built his team, secured the technology, and discovered the vast opportunity to support the ROCOSA Building Elements concept.
Mr. Ghitter was a successful investment advisor from 1994 – 2004. During that time, he specialized in taking companies public and lead many IPOs raising many millions of dollars. He is an experienced financier who built a good, loyal client base and earned a reputation for bringing together the best people for each investment opportunity.
Mr. Ghitter’s efforts in pioneering business ventures is exemplified by his 7-year involvement with CV Technologies and their breakthrough cold-prevention remedy, COLD F/X. Mr. Ghitter raised over $3,000,000 for the company’s R&D efforts and product launch.
Mr. Ghitter is a graduate of the University of Calgary and Brentwood College. He remains active in community affairs and started the Youth Chapter of the Variety Club, raising thousands through unique events for this important children’s charity.

Mr. Heighington has been engaged in the areas of securities, corporate and commercial law in excess of seven years. He has acted for a broad range of domes-tic and foreign issuers, with a particular emphasis on IPO's, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border transactions. In addition, he has acted as corporate secretary and/or a director of numerous public corporations listed on TSX Venture Exchange, engaged in the oil and natural gas, mining, industrial, technology and venture capital industries.
Ramon Fosado, President and CEO, Diversa Inc.
Mr. Fosado is an integral part of our opportunities in Mexico. He has proven international management expertise in Canada, the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean. His strengths include managing multiple high-profile projects in the financial, corporate real estate, construction and public administration sectors.
Mr. Fosado is currently managing our entry into the Mexican market through close contacts within the government and real estate sector.
