In 2005, ROCOSA will complete a pilot project for the major resort developer, Stone Bridge, a 20 condominium development in Canmore, Alberta. We will manufacture approximately 25,000 ROCOSA blocks for the construction of roads, patios and retaining walls.

Stone Bridge is a leading Western Canadian residential and resort development company. In 2005, ROCOSA will complete a pilot project for the major resort developer Stone Bridge, a 20 condominium development in Canmore, Alberta. We will manufacture approximately 25,000 ROCOSA blocks for the construction of patios and retaining walls. On proof of concept, we will become a primary provider of landscape products for all future Stone Bridge projects. ROCOSA expects to enter into a co-marketing agreement where-upon a proof of concept Stone Bridge will promote ROCOSA to the resort-development community.

Rocosa site: Assisted Care Facility, Airdrie, Alberta

Investicare Seniors Housing Corp. is a local developer building assisted care facilities for seniors. To date this company has built over 400 units since 1999 in Alberta. For their $12.5 million dollar project in Airdrie, Investicare will use ROCOSA blocks exclusively in all landscaping applications on this site. Upon proof of concept, we will become the major provider of landscaping pavers for all future developments of Investicare.

Rocosa Block Applications

ROCOSA blocks can be used for virtually any construction application, including residential, commercial, and public building for all load and non-load bearing functions. No other known mass produced construction module can be used as extensively.
