Rocosa Site: Luxury Resort, Mexico

Laguna Shores is a vast luxury resort community on the north shore of the Sea of Cortez, Mexico - a three-hour drive from Phoenix Arizona. In co-operation with one of the landowners, ROCOSA has secured its first contract to develop up to six lots using ROCOSA technology, building the superstructure for villas that will retail for approximately US$200,000 each. The developer has agreed to co-market ROCOSA to the remaining Laguna Shores property owners, providing an opportunity for development of up to 1000 lots.

Rocosa Site: Social Housing, Mexico

ROCOSA is in final negotiations with the Minister of Social Development for the state of Puebla, south of Mexico City. The contract will make ROCOSA the exclusive provider of construction blocks for social housing initiatives in that state.
