Using only common clay, sand and soil that can be found at a building site, we create the ROCOSA block: a dimensionally uniform, rock-solid brick or paver with a perfectly flat bedding surface. We can manufacture ROCOSA blocks at speeds of up to 6 per minute.

They can be immediately ready for use in construction.

ROCOSA blocks are a superior alternative to costly, pre-manufactured concrete and aggregate products. In wall construction, ROCOSA blocks require no mortar or skilled labor. To build a wall, workers simply stack them. To build a road or courtyard, they lay ROCOSA blocks as pavers.

Can Any Soil be Used? Generally speaking, any dry soil or earth composite that would be used in any other commercial application is ideal for use. We have not found any selected composite that can’t be used.
