Earth is placed inside the machine using a conveyor or front-end loader. Once inside the chamber, the earth is subjected to hyper compression, which causes a high degree of molecular cohesion, sufficient enough to ensure a very high tensile strength.
 The strength of ROCOSA block has been tested by the Zimbabwe military. Soldiers fired rounds from AK47 assault rifles into a wall made from an early version of the ROCOSA block. The ROCOSA-style wall withstood every single bullet, three times better than a concrete wall.
