ROCOSA’s global potential is vast. We will focus on these immediate pportunities that have been confirmed within our first 9 months of existence as a Canadian company. - Canada
- Paving and landscaping tiles for the housing and resort industry.
- Industrial construction and environmental protection for the energy industry.
- Latin America
- Comprehensive construction for the resort industry.
- Large-volume supply of material for social housing initiatives.
- Worldwide
- Affordable housing projects.
Insulating Facts of Rocosa Blocks - ROCOSA blocks have no disimilar mass, and therefore conductivity is constant and even throughout any given cross section and at a rate that is comparatively very slow.
- When groups of ROCOSA blocks are dry stacked, the walls become monolithic, a very desirable characteristic for heat migration. A wall constructed from ROCOSA blocks has twenty to thirty times the mass of a wood wall and up to seven times the mass of a concrete wall.
- When the sun hits a brick wall, the brick develops an affinity to transmit the heat quickly to the inside of the house. ROCOSA blocks, on the other hand, are not heat fused. In fact, each block has billions of tiny air spaces between each particle, which act as a break in radiant conductivity. It takes a far greater time for a ROCOSA block to transmit heat or cold than any other common building material.
Did you Know? Long before our infrastructure was in place to manufacture locally, a major resort developer chose ROCOSA. |
